I booked an appointment for a tire change on my company vehicle at this garage. I While the appointment was booked for 3pm, the service took significantly longer than anticipated, ending at 5:30pm. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, the significant delay caused inconvenience to my business operations. I would appreciate it if the garage could improve their communication and scheduling processes to avoid similar issues in the future.

I would like to say a huge thankyou to the mechanic who was working around the corner from us in Bideford this morning on the estate of Ayres close. I didn't catch his name but he changed our flat tyre for us when our car was unusable and we were running late for a very important hospital apt. This wonderful man stopped what he was doing immediately to assist us and we were able to drive to the hospital on our spare tyre within 10 minutes and I just made my appointment. Thankyou so so much, you saved the day 🌟

The service I received was exceptional and went a long way to restore my faith in Kwik Fit. I would like to thank Josh Richards (assistant manager) who provided excellent service from our first chat at reception and talked me through what was needed and why. Thank you Josh for all your help and professionalism. The rapport and banter added to the overall experience.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for one tyre change and tracking check... won't be back there again. Oh, and 64 quid was a bit steep for tracking check in my opinion....

They went above and beyond having checked worked that was done at a repair centre following a non fault accident for me, putting my mind at ease. The chap answered my questions was really friendly and it was right on schedule x

Work completed well. Slight wait to get car because there was a tire delivery . Overall happy bit wished there was more consistency as to whether military/Blue Light discounts can be applied.

I've visited Barnstaple Kwik Fit twice in the last year for the same problem where I had a dead flat rear tyre. The second time was 3 days ago and again, they couldn't have been more helpful. We left the car for half an hour and returned to find that the tyre was leaking past the rim as before and they fixed it again without charge. They were polite, helpful and professional and got us moving within an hour. Brilliant service. Thankyou very much!🙂
